Example menu

Monday - Baked cheese and tomato quiche with new potatoes, sweetcorn and beetroot. Carrot cake

Tuesday - Spaghetti with pesto or tomato mascarpone sauce, sliced ham, grated cheese and peppers. Frube yoghurts.

Wednesday - Pork/quorn meatballs with basmati rice, warm pitta bread, passata sauce and peas. Sliced watermelon.

Thursday - Macaroni cheese with broccoli and green beans. Meringues with blueberries.

Friday - Chicken/quorn nuggets with "chip shop" chips, peas and barbeque sauce. Banana bread
